Calorie Coach ("we", "the app") helps you track nutrition, calories, weight, and fitness. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account data: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Health & nutrition data: meals, calories, macros, weight, body measurements, water intake, fasting, and goals that you enter.
• Camera, photos & microphone: used only when you choose to scan a barcode, log a meal by photo or voice, or add a progress photo. Captured content is processed to estimate nutrition and is not used for any other purpose.
• Usage data: basic, non-identifying information about how the app is used to keep it working reliably.

How We Use Your Data

• To calculate your calorie and macro targets and provide personalized meal plans and coaching.
• To track your progress and show your history.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app.

AI Features, Third-Party AI Services & Your Consent

Some features rely on third-party AI services. We ask for your explicit consent inside the app before any content is sent to them, and these AI features stay disabled until you agree. You can use the rest of the app without them.

• What is shared: only the content you actively submit — the meal text you type, voice notes you record for meal logging, and the meal or body photos you choose for food recognition or goal/future-self image generation. Your name, email, password, and account identifiers are not sent to these AI services.
• Who it is shared with: text and voice are sent to OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) for nutrition analysis, transcription, and meal-plan generation; photos used for goal or future-self image generation are sent to fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc.) for image generation.
• Why: solely to process your request and return your result (a nutrition estimate, transcript, meal plan, or generated image). Your content is not used to advertise to you and is not sold.
• Protection: these providers act as our processors and are contractually required to protect your data with the same or equal protection described in this policy and to use it only to deliver the requested result.

App data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data Retention & Security

We keep your data while your account is active so your history is available to you. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Children

Calorie Coach is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

تطبيق كالوري كوتش يساعدك على تتبّع التغذية والسعرات والوزن واللياقة. نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه وكيف نستخدمه وخياراتك.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني عند إنشاء حساب.
• بيانات الصحة والتغذية: الوجبات والسعرات والماكروز والوزن والقياسات والماء والصيام والأهداف التي تُدخلها.
• الكاميرا والصور والميكروفون: تُستخدم فقط عند اختيارك مسح باركود أو تسجيل وجبة بالصورة أو الصوت أو إضافة صورة تقدّم. تُعالَج لتقدير القيم الغذائية فقط ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.
• بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات أساسية غير معرّفة لإبقاء التطبيق يعمل بثبات.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• لحساب أهداف السعرات والماكروز وتقديم خطط وجبات وإرشاد مخصّص.
• لتتبّع تقدّمك وعرض سجلّك.
• لتشغيل التطبيق وتأمينه وتحسينه.

ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي وخدمات الطرف الثالث وموافقتك

تعتمد بعض الميزات على خدمات ذكاء اصطناعي من أطراف ثالثة. نطلب موافقتك الصريحة داخل التطبيق قبل إرسال أي محتوى إليها، وتبقى هذه الميزات معطّلة حتى توافق. يمكنك استخدام بقية التطبيق دونها.

• ما الذي يُشارَك: فقط المحتوى الذي ترسله بنفسك — نص الوجبة الذي تكتبه، والملاحظات الصوتية التي تسجّلها لتسجيل الوجبات، وصور الوجبة أو الجسم التي تختارها للتعرّف على الطعام أو توليد صور الهدف/الذات المستقبلية. أمّا اسمك وبريدك وكلمة مرورك ومعرّفات حسابك فلا تُرسَل إلى هذه الخدمات.
• إلى مَن تُشارَك: النص والصوت يُرسَلان إلى OpenAI لتحليل التغذية والتفريغ وتوليد خطط الوجبات؛ والصور المستخدمة لتوليد صور الهدف أو الذات المستقبلية تُرسَل إلى fal.ai لتوليد الصور.
• لماذا: فقط لمعالجة طلبك وإرجاع نتيجتك (تقدير غذائي أو نص مفرّغ أو خطة وجبات أو صورة مولّدة). لا يُستخدَم محتواك للإعلانات ولا يُباع.
• الحماية: تعمل هذه الجهات كمعالِجين نيابةً عنّا وهي ملزَمة تعاقدياً بحماية بياناتك بنفس مستوى الحماية الموضّح في هذه السياسة واستخدامها فقط لتقديم النتيجة المطلوبة.

تُخزَّن بيانات التطبيق على بنية سحابية آمنة (Cloudflare). لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي جهة.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والأمان

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط ليبقى سجلّك متاحاً لك. تُنقَل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة وتُخزَّن بأمان. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.

حقوقك

يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها. لممارسة هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

التغييرات

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة، وتظهر التغييرات الجوهرية بتاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه.
